Amongst other stallholders, the Gardening Club braved the elements on Saturday 6 July at the Stonesfield Primary School fete. We had intended to offer books and plants however the rain meant that only plants were put out for donations to Chrissie’s Owls.

Chrissie (and her owls) were unable to be there due to the weather. In spite of this we raised £65 for Chrissie’s Owls which she was duly grateful for. Chrissie and her husband Phil, have done over 50 rescues already this year and that afternoon had been on a call out to rescue a baby Tawny Owl found on the road near Banbury. Every little donation helps her work. https://www.chrissiesowls.com
